Ghana Green Pepper Sauce

- 8 Green habanero pepper
- 1 large onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp Stock cube/ pinch of salt
- 4-5 spring onions chopped
- 1-2 cups vegetable oil
Wash all the vegetables and chop them
Blend all ingredients together with water in a blender.
Pour your vegetable oil into a frying pan and then heat for about 5 minutes.
Pour the mixture into your heated oil and then stir
Cover it and let it cook for about 5 minutes
Add seasoning or salt to taste and continuously stir it so it doesn't get burnt
After about 10 minutes, your sauce will thicken and the oil will settle at the top, which indicates that it's ready.
At this stage, you can let it cook a little longer to ensure all the moisture is out or you can take it off the stove.
