Pour your plain flour into a mixing bowl and then add your salt to taste. Now add your margarine. Add a few drops of vegetable oil and then mix them well with your hands.
Add a half cup of cold water and mix again to make a soft dough
Put your saucepan on the fire and add about 1 tbsp of vegetable oil. Add some onions and fry for 1 minute
Now add your chopped chicken breast. Allow it to cook through for about 3-5 minutes and add some water to it to make it saucy. Add some little gravy powder to it to thicken the sauce.
Once it is done, the fire off and make it cool down.
Get a chopping board and a rolling pin take the dough and roll it on the chopping board until it's flat and light and cut the dough into preferred sizes
Use the egg white as a sticking agent with a pastry brush, and brush the eggs white over the dough.
Now with a spoon, fill in each dough with the cooked sauce
Fill all the doughs and fold them nicely. Make sure the ends are tucked in well.
Now put your frying pan on fire and heat the oil until it is very hot. This will prevent the oil from sogging the spring rolls.
Now put the spring rolls inside and fry them until they turn golden brown
Continue this until you are done frying all your delicious spring rolls are ready.
