Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl
Mix all the wet ingredients in another bowl
Now add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredient and mix well
Add 1-3 tsp of blue spirulina to it, depending on how colorful you want your pancakes
Spray pan with oil and heat pan to medium-low heat.
Now pour batter on and flip when one side has solidified enough to flip.
Once you are done with all the pancakes, stack them and top with peanut butter, popped quinoa, blueberries and raspberries.
