Dry ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Wet ingredients

  • 3 large overripe bananas
  • 1 cup softened salted butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract.


  • Peheat your oven to 350 degrees and then get your ingredients ready.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add 1 cup all purpose flour, 1 cup almond flour, 1 cup white sugar, 1 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp baking powder and 1 tsp baking soda. Mix them together and set aside.
  • In another mixing bowl, mash 3 large overripe bananas or 4 to 5 medium-sized overripe bananas using a fork. Next, add a cup of softened and salted butter and stir. Then add 3 large eggs and a tablespoon of vanilla extract and whisk them all together.
  • Now take two bread pans and butter up the sides and the bottom. Divide the batter and pour it into the two pans. Shake to distribute evenly and pat on the counter to remove any air bubbles and bake for an hour.
  • Once it is done, let it cool down and serve.
