It’s so odd trying to adapt to doing everything from home. You’re completely right though, routine is so important ! The first few days I was in a real rut and then I put a routine into place and it really helped me get a sense of normality. I’ve also found that I need to be firm on lunch breaks because it’s easy to get carried away and stay at your desk without the normal reminders. Everyday I get up for lunch and try and move around a bit during that time to stop me from getting restless.

    I hope you’re staying well !

A very interesting article, especially these days!!
It’s hard to create a routine to work at home! For me, before I start working, it becomes crucial to take off my pajamas, wear something different and make-up slightly my skin, so that to separate “housewife life” and work!
