We are only a few days into the new year and by this time I am sure some people have already given up on their new year’s resolution. When it comes to setting rules for ourselves, it can be very difficult to follow through sometimes. But that shouldn’t be the case. Get to know your interests:
Know the things that drive you, that you have much interest when doing it and go after them.
State your goals and ambitions:
Everyone has something he or she wants to achieve in life. No one can do this for you, unless you do it yourself. Find a notepad, write the goals you want to achieve in each stage in life and make sure you go by it.
Take good care of your body:
Brushing and bathing twice daily is also important here. Your body needs to be taken good care of so that you don’t get sick often. Eat right and avoid taking meals during the night so that digestion can take place to release nutrients into the body.
Love and accept yourself:
When you don’t love and accept yourself the way you are, no one will do. Overcome your fears and face the world.
When you plan ahead of your tasks, it helps you to be organized and straight in your head because you know what you are about.
After stating your goals and ambitions, learn to focus. We are all different people, we don’t have the same purpose to fulfil on earth neither do we have the same goals and ambitions to accomplish. Focus on yours and achieve them.
The body always need to be exercised in order to make it strong. When you exercise regularly, it makes you physically and mentally fit.

Don’t allow the mistakes you did in the past to keep ringing in your head. They are all past and gone. Forget them and face the realities of life.

Visit the hospital for check- ups at least every month to make sure your system is fit and take your medication in the right order.

Learn to forgive when people wrong you. Don’t hold grudges because they will keep hunting you until you let go of them. Forgive others and don’t pay back.

Friends either help you to build or bring you down. Always make sure you find yourself in the midst of the right ones who will accept your flaws and love you as you are.
Add fun and relaxation to your schedule
It shouldn’t always be about work, school and family. Add time for relaxation to your schedule. Go out alone to release some stress and tension and appreciate how beautiful nature is.
Learn new things about your work, subjects you study and practice them more often. This will make you more competent in the area you find yourself.
Cherish your happiness:
You can always make yourself happy with calling people to go out with. Don’t sacrifice your happiness for someone else’s own. Learn to cherish yours and be happy forever.
We’ve once or always think negative when we are about to take a step in life, that’s not bad. But staying positive will give you the strength and courage to conquer that thing. Do not let negativity rule your life.
