  4. 1 medium-sized chicken breast already chopped
  5. Egg white as the binding agent
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Half maggie cube
  8. Oil for deep frying

How to make spring rolls in Ghana

Making spring rolls in Ghana is not that difficult. Once you have all your ingredients ready, you can have your spring rolls done in less than 2 hours. Now let’s move on to how you can do this.

Pour your plain flour into a mixing bowl and then add your salt to taste. Now add your margarine. Add a few drops of vegetable oil and then mix them well with your hands. Add a half cup of cold water and mix again to make a soft dough.

Put your saucepan on the fire and add about 1 tbsp of vegetable oil. Add some onions and fry for a minute. Now add your chopped chicken breast. Allow it to cook through for about 3-5 minutes and add some water to it to make it saucy. Add some little gravy powder to it to thicken the sauce. Once it is done, put the fire off and make it cool down.

Get a chopping board and a rolling pin take the dough and roll it on the chopping board until it’s flat and light and cut the dough into preferred sizes
