Also think about the things you liked to do as a child. The things you used to do as a child can help you to figure out what you should be doing now.
If you loved reading and writing as a child, then something to do with journalism, or even copywriting might interest you. If you liked singing, then you can work towards the music industry. If you liked cooking and baking, then you can lean towards that.
3. Figure out what makes you happy
A dream career is a career that makes you feel happy and fulfilled. It is a job you are passionate about. Something you are happy and excited to do.
So in order to figure out what makes you happy, you have to do some soul searching and self reflection. Now think about your present job and other jobs you’ve had previously. Try and recall what you liked about your previous jobs and what you didn’t like.
This shouldn’t be just about the job. Evaluate everything about your previous jobs. This includes your boss, your co-workers and the job itself. Think about what you didn’t like about all of them and think about the moments where you were truly happy at work.
This will help you figure out the right career for you. This is because you want to find a career you are passionate about and that means finding a job filled with everything you love and everything that makes you happy.
A dream career isn’t about the job that makes the most money, it is the job that makes you feel happy. Something you just want to do even if you wont be getting paid. So that is something to consider when choosing a career.
