To make these blue spirulina pancakes, you start by mixing your flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt in one bowl. Then in another bowl, you mix the milk, vanilla extract, and eggs.
Then add all the ingredients together in one bowl and mix well. After that add 1-3 teaspoons of blue spirulina to it, depending on how colorful you want your pancakes.
Now, to fry your pancakes, spray your pan with oil and heat it to medium-low heat. After that, pour your batter on it and flip when one side has solidified enough to flip.

- 2 cups Almond flour
- 1 cup almond milk

- 1-3 tsp blue spirulina

- 1 tbsp popped quinoa
- 2 eggs
- Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl
- Mix all the wet ingredients in another bowl
- Now add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredient and mix well
- Add 1-3 tsp of blue spirulina to it, depending on how colorful you want your pancakes
- Spray pan with oil and heat pan to medium-low heat.
