Check Fireplace

If you are lucky enough to live in a home that has a fireplace, then it is a good idea to get that checked too. Much like a gutter, it can cause damage if it is blocked. And if you try to use it when the temperatures drop, it can even be bad for your health if the smoke can’t escape. Feel For Draughts

When the weather is warm and you have been having the windows wide open, it isn’t a time that you are normally feeling for draughts. But when it comes to the weather getting cooler, draughts can be a real pain.

They’ll make the house cooler and mean that your home is less energy efficient with the hot air leaving right away. So close all windows and doors on a breezy day.
